Pleasant experience with the service dept, staff were kind, courteous and considerate. This is the 2nd time we’ve brought the 2019 red beetle in for service and had a great experience both times. We’ve just started looking for another car, the service dept here put VW on our list of choices. I’d like to commend Frank Olvera and the young man who did the intake when we dropped the car off - I can’t find his business card unfortunately.
