We were looking for a new car for like 2-3 weeks and finally and luckily came here at the end! We dealt with Mohammad Iqbal who is the best sales person ever period!!! And Brittney from finance who is so fast and awesome that words can't even explain! I just want to start by saying thank you to these two persons they stayed here until 10pm so we can close the deal, we felt so bad for them that I've apologized multiple times for that and they kept their compulsion and their professionalism which is beyond imaginable!!! We test drove like 5 car that day, we didn't know what we want, Mohammad knew everything about every single car period!!! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcoming and without any pushing and with all the possible transparency we found what we want and closed the deal right away. We boguht a CPO VW ID4 that we are super happy with it, the car had some touch up paint to be done we went back today, it was done in like an hour, we spent additional $300 at parts dept to buy all the extras we need for the car and even the guys at parts dept. Were so cool!!! We unfortunately the same very night got rock chip on our windshield, we can't tell if it was there and it propagated the next day or happened the night we drove the car off of the lot, but these things happen and Mohammad offered solutions for that issue too. I want to say this if you are in a market for new or used VW go here ask for Mohammad Iqbal and I guarantee you, you will not go home without a car that day, he is just so pleasant it is impossible to say no, like for real, my wife smokes, she forgot her cigarettes back home, we asked him if he can find one, he came back with a cigarette, we ask to leave our car over night since my wife didn't feel comfortable driving home that late, he said no worries leave it on customer parking, pick it up in the morning. I mean if I had the money I would go tomorrow to buy one more VW from these guys, me and my wife are VW die hard fans and these guys will be our place to go until we can afford to have our fleet within 2-4yrs old. Thank you once again and we will be coming back soon that's a guarantee!!!!!!!

She is our patient, kind, and knowledgeable sales consultant who helped us easily trade in our beloved 11 year old Kia towards a Certified Pre Owned VW ID.4 AWD Pro in a very fair deal all around on busy Memorial Day 2026. This is our first Volkswagen in over 18 years and we love it so much we've already driven hundreds of miles. Neal made going to this car dealership an actual pleasure and even considering going back to Volkswagen Thousand Oaks to replace our other car next year.

John was very friendly and helpful. The service was thorough, including a video outlining the remaining life of my tires and brake pads. It was the easiest dealership experience I've ever had!

Went in for a recall visit was told it was going to take 1hr, took almost 3 was waiting too with no updates I had to ask for my car,

When I took the car in I dealt with Victor he was very pleasant and helpful. I have id.4, there wasn’t much other than software updates if anything that needed to be done. I was told that my car could use an alignment, but it wasn’t urgent. I don’t know the name of the gentleman who helped me when I picked the car up, but he was also very pleasant.

Very easy transaction. Done primarily over the phone. Was debating between a couple options and gave the dealership an opportunity to make a compelling offer. They did and we completed the deal. Car was sourced and ready a couple days after the first call. Easy in and out. Vahe did a good job and was easy to deal with. Finance processor was also very professional. Have purchased many vehicles in my day and this was one of the top 3 experiences due to ease and the absence of last minute shenanigans that some dealerships try and pull sometimes.

The got me in and changed my oil in a timely manner. All service on car has been done at this dealership.
